Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay for a poster?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. If you want to pay by check or in cash, we will ship your
orders after we receive and clear your payment.
Why are the prices so much higher than department store posters?
Our posters are custom printed just for you, one at a time so the production costs are much higher than if we were to mass produce the posters. But then you wouldn't have a one-of-a-kind print. It's basically like getting your own piece of art printed on state-of-the-art equipment.
What sizes can you print my poster?
Right now we offer 6 sizes for photos: 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 24x36, 36x54 and super grand 48x72. And 6
sizes for screenshots (screenshots are a different ratio or proportion than photos): 11x17.75, 16x25.75,
20x32.25, 24x38.75, 36x58 and super grand 48x77.5. If you would like a custom size please
e-mail us for a
quote. These are standard poster sizes that will fit into most poster standard frames. Screenshots will need to
be custom framed.
My poster is a little too big for the frame.
We print from the image proportions that you send. In some cases the screenshot may be a bit larger that a
standard frame. You will have to trim it to fit if you want to use a standard frame.
Currently we do not offer framing.
What file types can I upload?
We recommend you provide jpg, png, pcx, psd, pdf or tiff files for output.
What resolution should the photo be saved at?
We recommend any file or photo be saved at 300 DPI and at least at 1/2 size (i.e. if you are purchasing a 24"
x 36" poster save your file at least 12" x 18" @ 300 DPI).
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
There are no size limitations however your upload will take more time as your file size grows. We
recommend you to upload files less than 100 mb. If your file size is bigger than 100 mb please
e-mail us.
How can I be sure that my file quality is high enough to print a poster?
After you upload your files, we will check your files' quality and let you know.
Can I crop the images I upload?
Yes, if you are well versed in Photoshop or other editing software you can crop your images as you like
before you upload.
Can I upload multiple files at once?

instructions as to what file will be what size etc.

A: It usually take 3 to 4 business days until we ship the items. We ask that you allow us 24 hours to process
your order and then after we print the poster we need to let it sit for another 24 hours to dry properly.
