About me.
I am in the graphic arts business doing signs and graphic design. I use a Mutoh
1204J 48” wide-format digital inkjet printer in my business for various projects. I have
also been a train nut since childhood and about three years ago I stumbled upon
Microsoft Train Simulator. I learned how to texture and then how to make 3D models for
the sim which I have started selling at TrainSkinner.com.
About six months ago I thought about printing some posters for my kids and my
son asked about a train poster... that’s when it hit me: why not print posters for all the
railfans out there... some of the screenshots I have seen on the forums over the years
would look absolutely stunning in a 3 foot hight poster on a wall! And some of the rail
photography that I’ve seen is just screaming to be printed in a large format.
I have tried to price these posters and t-shirts as reasonably as I can and still
make it worth my time. It’s an expensive process and an expensive machine to own but I
think you will find it’s an investment that’s well worth it. Give it a go, if you’re not satisfied
just send it back and I’ll refund your money (less the cost of shipping). Thanks for
checking out Hi-Line Prints.
